Frequently asked questions

The app is not updating content.

Reopen the app to trigger a refresh, then confirm network access and that the device is online.

Widgets are stale.

Open the app once so the shared App Group snapshot can refresh. If iOS cached an old timeline, remove and re-add the widget.

Purchases did not unlock.

Use Restore Purchases from the paywall or Settings, and confirm you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

Notifications are not firing.

Confirm notification permission in iOS Settings and make sure reminder toggles are enabled inside PawPlan.
