Frequently asked questions

A session is missing from Today or Review.

Make sure the session was completed, then confirm you are looking at the expected day, week, or month. If you recently edited a session, reopen Review and check that the change persisted.

Notifications are not firing.

Check notification permission in iOS Settings and verify that reminders are enabled inside Dayfill Settings. Reopen the app after changing permissions so reminder state can refresh.

Dayfill Plus did not unlock.

Use Restore Purchases from the paywall or Settings, and confirm the device is signed into the same Apple Account that owns the subscription.

The premium theme preview ended.

Free accounts can preview premium themes for 5 minutes. When the preview ends, Dayfill automatically returns to Dayfill Classic.

iCloud Sync is unavailable.

Dayfill Plus is required for iCloud Sync. Make sure iCloud is available on the device, then give recent changes a moment to show up after switching devices or turning sync on.

Does the launch version use third-party analytics?

Yes. Dayfill uses Firebase Analytics for lightweight product measurement, but it does not use the advertising identifier or cross-app tracking.
